I really felt like I was a person and not just, a warm body with a credit card.
I was frustrated with the dealership always wanting to up sell service. Sure the oil change was very reasonable, but the list of so called needed repairs confused me. How could my car have so much wrong with it every 8,000 miles?
The last list from the dealer I brought to Star motors. They were very knowledgeable and helpful; at no charge they reviewed the list and inspected my car. No pressure only honest straight forward estimate of needed repairs.
Yes they did save me some money on some of the repairs, but most important they answered my questions and concerns about the repairs they said, could wait until my next scheduled service. We developed a plan to complete the necessary service in a timely manner.
